Completed during the European modeling industry takeover of Miami Beach, the building still presents as an icon.  This was a difficult project in terms of how to make a significant addition to a building within an established historic district - how does one distinguish the new while respecting the old?  This project was completed as a young project Architect for Giller and Giller Architects Inc.
